3-day free trial voucher: Conditions of use

Conditions for using 3-day free trial voucher:

1. Free use of full-service and utility packages at the facility where the Voucher is applied.
2. Voucher is valid for 1 use. Do not combine multiple votes.
3. Voucher is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
4. Voucher is not valid if it is scratched, torn, patched, or has information edited.
5. Only for customers coming to the club for the first time.
6. Voucher cannot be applied to 2 facilities at the same time.
7. Voucher must be brought upon activation and on each day of check-in for the experience.
8. All final decisions related to the program are under the authority of Level Fitness Center.
